We have two SmartCat scratching posts and they are the absolute best! Durable, attractive, and very conducive to full-body exercise. They’re purr-fect!
I have two Pioneer Pet Ultimate Scratching Posts that have long since been destroyed by my cats. I had thought that I would be able to replace the sisal but all my efforts to source replacement sisal have failed. I don’t want to throw them in the land fill but I see no alternative. I will NEVER buy another product from Pioneer Pet unless the provide replacement sisal for this product. Really poor quality and abusive to our environment.
Hi, Cathy! You make a good point, replacement sisal would be a good idea because the Ultimate Scratcher structure is quite sturdy and definitely outlives the sisal. I have one that is starting to wear, let me see if I can figure out an easy and economical DIY solution! Stay tuned!
