This is an attractive harness, but I’m not sure I’d like the “clinching” feature. Thank you for sharing with us.
I bought this harness, my cat is used to wearing a harness and going outside for walks. This harness is very heavy compared to her usual half ounce harness. My cat laid down and refused to go anywhere, it was so heavy and cumbersome.
I echo Christine’s thoughts on this harness, which I had high hopes for after trying nearly every one on the market. Although the mesh is light and the shape decent, the strapping and hardware are insanely heavy and wide. Velcro can be punishing with its noise as well as ineffective when fur is inevitably caught in it. This relies on velcro strapping at both at neck and torso. The neck strap is double the width needed and the torso strap is a monstrous 4″ wide, the widest I’ve seen in a halter design. My halter-trained cat also found it very uncomfortable. Sadly, this is yet another cat halter that was not designed for actual cats.
