Calling all East Coast cat lovers! The Virginia Cat Festival is coming back to Williamsburg, Virginia, November 7 and 8, 2026, and I’m excited to announce that Hauspanther will be there again this year!
I had such a wonderful time at last year’s festival! The event was incredibly well organized, the turnout was fantastic, and it was so much fun spending the weekend surrounded by people who love cats as much as I do. I’m thrilled to be returning as a guest speaker and vendor for another weekend of feline festivities.
This year’s festival is moving to the brand new Greater Williamsburg Sports & Events Center, with even more room for cat-themed fun. The weekend will feature more than 60 vendors selling unique cat products, art and gifts, along with expert presentations, live entertainment, hands-on activities, adoptable cats, and plenty of opportunities to connect with fellow cat lovers.

I’m especially looking forward to presenting “Catification 101: Designing a Home Both You & Your Cat Will Love” on Sunday, November 8, from 3 to 4 PM. I’ll be sharing ideas and inspiration for creating beautiful, functional spaces that meet your cat’s needs while reflecting your personal style.
I’ll also be leading four DIY cat toy workshops throughout the weekend, which have already sold out!

And, of course, be sure to stop by the Hauspanther booth! We’ll have a selection of our handmade cat toys and fun gifts for cat lovers. I’d love to meet you in person, talk about Catification, and help you find something special for your favorite feline.
The festival has a fantastic lineup of special guests and entertainment, including Moshow the Cat Rapper, Charmaine Freemonk of The Amazing Acro-Cats, Dan Rimada of Bodega Cats of New York, and musical comedy duo Griefcat. There will also be cat adoptions, a cat-themed costume parade, games, raffles, and lots more. Best of all, the event supports animal welfare organizations doing important work to help cats in need.
