Love their cat scratcher lounger
Nice prize package! Please let the folks at PetFusion know that it would be really great if they would come up with a shallow bowl for the short feeder, for kitty comfort. The bowls that come with the feeders are so deep that cats’ whiskers rub against the bowl sides as they try to get their food from the bottom of the deep bowls. Wide, shallow bowls would work so much better for cats. And, it would be great if they offered extra bowls (I like to have extra bowls so my cats can have clean bowls every day and still wash their bowls in the dishwasher so they get a good sanitizing wash). I tried to contact PetFusion with these suggestions, but they apparently no longer have an active website (at least not one I could find). Anyway, great prize package that I would love to win!

I just want to point out that I agree with Linda on both accounts – shallow bowls and interchangeable bowls sold separately are important. I searched and searched, and it is is surprising how hard it is to find an attractive feeder with bowls of the right dimensions where they also sell separate bowls. But, that is a selling point. I ended up buying a nice feeder with bowls that are 1.75″ deep (and 5″ diameter), and actually they could stand to be a bit shallower – maybe 1.25″ to 1.5″. I also wanted three bowls across instead of two, so I ended up having one custom made for me from modernmews on Etsy.

Thanks, Kevin. Looks like I was missing the hyphen to find a workable site. Would love to win the package. But note that I would buy 2 of the feeders with extra bowls if shallow bowls were offered that work better for cats!
