My fosters would love these stairs in order to see out the window to the yard. Since I live in a back-split basement apt. their access is via a kitty condo tree, however, they are getting older and can find it more difficult to jump from a chair to the top of the tree. This being said they miss being able to see the ‘outside’ where they lived for 5 years (with self made shelter for summer and winters) but have no inclination to go outside again. They are quite comfortable inside now but that particular window is their only access and the one I enticed them through to get them inside out of the freezing cold. It would be of great benefit to them as they are now 11 yrs. and 9 years. Paulie is a polydactly and will catch his opposable thumbs in the fabrics.
My cats might like it if it’s wide enough for them to lay on it as well.

Our cats pretty much think we suck, ever since losing our roomy split-ranch, with big, safe yard. Now they are stuck indoors at a senior mobile home park with coyotes outside, (really) so they are indoor cats completely. Will the humiliation & boredom never end?
Euw, I really want this!! I have finally given up on keeping the cats off the mantelpiece, and have cleared it just for them. This would give them perfect access. Hm, who do you think runs our household? =^..^=
