If it’s comfortable for the PASSENGER, that’s the most important thing!
This looks great. I would love a carrier with a shoulder strap, especially for quick trips to the vet and back.
I got one of those (large) it doesnt nave back pack straps like on the picture (thats their other bag) just a messenger bag strap. It is very convenient but not too roomy. Great for short trips or for a small cat.
It is kinda tall so a larger cat can sit up but cant lie down and stretch paws, gotta stay in this sphinx like position
Are the black triangles mesh? My cats like being able to see what’s going on. Also, does it comfortably hang from your shoulder and rest on your hip?
List price $160, but you can buy it for the low, low price of only $121. Gawd! There are plenty of other option If you have money to blow, that’s fine. I certainly won’t criticize. But I got a nice soft collapsible Samsonite carrier years ago, when there wasn’t the competition today for next to nothing. Granted it was on sale at a Tuesday Morning. But still. I walked into a Dollar Store, I think. And saw a nice looking soft-sided collapsible carrier for $20, I think. I guess the backpack coolness thing is what you are paying for. Again, not complaining if you want to blow that much. But scrolling down the item page on Amazon, look at the prices for similar items? You could purchase one of those and some seriously nice cat toys.

Does it come with a washable liner? Even if I had the money, I fear it wouid be harder to get my cat into than the hard shell type.
Have to agree with S. Crews ~ Have the cash, but it is only a cat carrier! Not a leather purse you use everyday. I have seen similar cat carriers that even meet airline regulations for under $60. We know it did not cost $86+ to make, so give us cat people, & kitties also, some credit.
We all love our kitties! This country, however, is recovering from one of the worst recession ever. Not to mention the unemployment rate. HausPanther does recommends products have been of the Kitty ‘Haute Couture’ Culture. Just a suggestion. How about finding the best made stuff for the best prices. Real useful stuff like carriers, boxes, cat climbers, durable scratches (not cardboard). Again, just a suggestion.
