Introducing the Cat’s Contour Ceramic Cat Bed from Little Cat Design

Cats Contour Ceramic Cat Bed from Little Cat Designs

We all know, cats love sinks. There’s just something about the shape and the cool ceramic surface that is a cat magnet. Let’s say you wanted to give kitty the luxury of lounging in a sink, but outside the bathroom. Well, you’re probably not going to set-up a real sink in your living room. Luckily, there’s an alternative from a new company, Little Cat Design. It’s the Cat’s Contour Ceramic Cat Bed and it was designed with sink-loving cats in mind. The designers created the new ceramic cat bed for their cat who was secluding herself in the bathroom. Now she can lounge comfortable in any room in this sleek, modern, ceramic bowl designed just for cats.

Careful consideration was given to the size of the bed, the height of the walls, and the curves of the edges. Read the full story here. It looks like something any cat would love and it would certainly be easy to clean. What do you think? Would your cat like the Cat’s Contour Ceramic Cat Bed?

I bet my stealthy sink sleeper would love this. I wonder if it would convince her to give up her/my sink. : )

I’ve taken at least four fairly expensive soft cat beds to the shelter because my kitties prefer unlined wicker or cardboard boxes. I think my girl cat would take to this in a second. She seems to want to sleep in the bathroom sink but she’s too big! This looks like a cat magnet and I like how easy it is to clean.

Wow! This the most amazingly stunning bed I’ve seen in ages, and the coolness of the ceramic would be ideal in hot, humid countries. The modern functional design really appeals to me and I can see my two furry kids, Tigger and Lucyanydots, fighting to sleep in it!

my cats never curl up in the sink. I’ve never had a cat who liked that. But I like the ceramic bed. It’s really beautiful!

Nice item and I was going to buy one but I can’t transcend the $7 sales tax (no reason to charge it) and the $35 shipping charge which seems excessive. So the “real” price is $142 which is just too much for a simple ceramic bowl.

When it goes on sale for $99 including shipping, I’ll be the first one to buy one for my “sink kitty” Bellis “Fang” Kovach.

This is a pretty neat idea. When the temps get way up, all of my cats migrate from the sofa to the tile floors and bathroom sinks. They’d love this.

Since we’re experiencing extreme cold (for here) right now, it’s kind of uncomfortable for me to look at that photo. But how well I remember the cats of summer, reveling in their sink-time! Yes, there are at least a couple in our clowder who’d love this!

My kitty loves to lie in the sink. Loves to be in the bath tub. I give her baths and dry her in my lap. She is a white coloring long-haired American curl. He and that bed would be inseparable. Lucy

I have a permanent cat feature in my extra bathroom sink and even find him in the upstairs sink in the heat of summer (pretty warm pstairs) where he stays for hours. I think this is a great idea and yes, easy tto clean is a great bonus feature and in the winter a throw could be added.
